Liz Hollingworth, associate professor in educational policy and leadership studies, received the Distinguished Service Award from the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA). 

The award recognizes “individuals who have made significant contributions toward the advancement, preparation, and practice of educational leaders.”

Hollingworth has served as the associate director of publications, among other leadership positions, for the UCEA Consortium, and the award recognizes her extraordinary commitment, leadership, and service to the organization. 

The UCEA is a consortium of colleges and universities working together to prepare and advance educational leaders for the benefit of schools and students.
