Frank Schmidt, emeritus professor of management sciences in the Tippie College of Business, received the first Dunnette Prize from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology April 23 in Philadelphia. The award, which carries a cash prize of $50,000, was established to honor living individuals whose work has expanded knowledge of the causal significance of individual differences in people.
