Deborah Linebarger, associate professor of teaching and learning in the University of Iowa College of Education, won the Best Paper Award at the 2014 London International Conference on Education. Her winning paper is titled "Super Why! to the Rescue: Can Preschoolers Learn Early Literacy Skills from Educational Television?"
