It was the biggest, coolest, most jam-packed visit day in University of Iowa history. It was You@UI, a unique chance for prospective students and family members to discover what the Iowa experience is all about.

Greeted by a perfect fall day, nearly 3,000 guests strolled the campus, joined hands-on sessions devoted to nearly every academic interest, and learned about student life and campus resources. Organized by the Office of Admissions, the Oct. 25 event involved hundreds of campus volunteers, making it a true university-wide initiative.

Guests created their own custom agendas from a menu of options. They could eat lunch on campus, tour residence halls, and close the day with a behind-the-scenes tour of Kinnick Stadium.
