The Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) is coming to your community to help connect Iowa culture across the state. Participation in DCA-sponsored Community Conversations is key to the conversation about current activities, needs, and concerns among the people who live, work, and engage with Iowa's culture every day.

For people in the Iowa City area who would like to provide input, a Community Conversation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, July 24, in the Coralville Public Library. There are more than 20 Community Conversations scheduled throughout the state; visit the Community Conversations website for dates and to RSVP for a particular event.

The DCA encourages you to invite your partners in culture and the broader audiences you serve.

For more information, you can reach the DCA at Iowa.Culture@iowa.gov or by phone at 515-281-5111. For media inquiries, please contact jeff.morgan@iowa.gov and tracy.arthur@iowa.gov.
