The University of Iowa School of Music will present a free jazz recital Sunday, Dec. 15, at 2 p.m. in the University Capitol Centre Recital Hall on the UI campus.

The recital will feature the Jazz Guitar Ensemble of Spencer Brown, Harrison Horgan, and John Lake, as well as the combination ensemble of John O. Wertz (bass) and Tyler Swick (drums).

All members of the public are welcome to attend. The program is as follows:

  • Bill’s Bay by Chris Buzzelli
  • Carnival by Adrian Ingram
  • Sandbag by Dave Frackenpohl
  • Bop It by Barry Greene
  • Mellow Mood by Wes Montgomery
  • Fairfield Bounce by John Lake
  • Honeyboy by Bill Butler and Bill Doggett
