The University of Iowa Department of Dance will present a collaborative performance by students from various arts disciplines at 8 p.m. Thursday–Saturday, Nov. 29–Dec. 1, in Space Place Theater of North Hall.

The event is free for UI students with a valid UI ID. For nonstudents, tickets are $12 ($6 for senior citizens and youth) and are available through the Hancher box office.

“This production is a special event that is the culmination of weeks of rehearsals, discussions, experimentation, and creative research from artists across the Division of Performing Arts,” says Charlotte Adams, UI faculty choreographer and Collaborative Performance 2012 instructor. “MFA students in choreography, Ph.D. students in music composition, and MFA stage managers in theatre arts with multiple talents have come together to present this evening of diverse themes, new dance, live music, and multiple arts colliding into a cohesive whole.”
