Third Annual Composition Festival is a Midwest exchange

The University of Iowa Center for New Music will host the Third Annual Composition Festival, an event of the Exchange of Midwestern Collegiate Composers (EMCC), with four free public concerts Friday, April 13, and Saturday, April 14.

The festival will open with a concert at 7:30 p.m. April 13, in the Riverside Recital Hall.

Three concerts will take place on April 14: 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. in the University Capitol Centre (UCC) Recital Hall, and 7:30 p.m. in the Riverside Recital Hall.

Composers from the UI will be joined by student composers from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and the University of Colorado-Boulder.
