President Obama's last UI trip focused on health insurance reform legislation

President Barack Obama last visited the University of Iowa campus in March 2010, delivering a speech on health care reform and the health insurance legislation recently signed into law.

About 3,000 guests gathered to hear the president at the UI Field House. Outside, supporters and opponents alike swapped arguments and made their voices heard.
