UI presents startup cash prizes to entrepreneurs

More than $159,000 in cash was awarded to University of Iowa entrpreneurs who participated in the Iowa Innovation Challenge in April, sponsored by the Iowa John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center (Iowa JPEC), UI Office of Vice President for Research, UI research Foundation, and UI Ventures.

Spring 2020 virtual commencement ceremonies

University of Iowa Health Care leaders have named Pamela Johnson-Carlson the chief administrative officer of University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Johnson-Carlson, who begins on April 27, will report to Suresh Gunasekaran, chief executive officer of UI Hospitals & Clinics and associate vice president for UI Health Care.
