RAGBRAI XLIII rolls through UI campus

On July 25, 2015, an estimated 20,000 cyclists participating in the Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa (RAGBRAI) rode through the University of Iowa campus. All week long, Hawkeye spirit was part of this truly monumental touring event.

Mason appoints new faculty athletics representative

University of Iowa President Sally Mason has appointed David Drake to serve as one of two representatives who advise the president, monitor compliance with student athlete eligibility and other National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules, and serve as the UI’s institutional voice at national meetings and conferences.
