The University of Iowa Mobile Museum will hit the road to Fort Dodge to visit the Annual Meeting of the Iowa Academy of Science on Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12.

The museum, a collaboration between the Office of the State Archaeologist, the Old Capitol Museum, and the UI Museum of Natural History, will be parked by the Bioscience and Health Building at Iowa Central Community College from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

The 38-foot custom-built RV features exhibits on Iowa history, archaeology, and paleontology, as well as an interactive digital wall that allows visitors to explore UI research and creativity. Conference attendees and the public are invited to explore the Mobile Museum free of charge.
