The University of Iowa has been buzzing with activity as contractors and staff work to protect the campus from potential flooding of the Iowa River, almost five years to the week of the 2008 floods, although officials are cautiously optimistic the event won't be nearly as extensive.

University Marketing and Media Production video staff toured campus Thursday and Friday, May 30-31 to capture scenes and sounds as sandbags were filled and placed, HESCO barriers were installed and the Iowa River continued to swell beyond its banks through Iowa City.
