Suzanne Woods-Groves, of the College of Education, published “The Human Behavior Rating Scalebrief: A Tool to Measure 21st Century Skills of K12 Learners” in May.

Woods-Groves is an associate professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning  at the University of Iowa.
