Christopher C Morphew, of the College of Education, published “Trends in Cost-sharing in the U.S. and Potential International Implications” in June.

His co-author on the Higher Education Policy article was Barrett J Taylor.

Morphew is an executive associate dean for research and innovation in the Department of Educational Policy and Leadership Studies at the University of Iowa.
