Listening posts set for June 3-5
Friday, May 22, 2015

Leaders for the University of Iowa’s OneIT project have prepared draft project charters which address the university’s four information technology business cases related to the TIER initiative. The campus is encouraged to provide feedback via two avenues.

Drafts of the charters are being posted on the project pages of the OneIT website. You can send comments to the project leaders and Program Office through the website; there will also be three listening posts to share information and collect feedback.

The posts are open to IT professionals and anyone else on campus that is interested in the projects. Program Office staff will gather feedback on the draft charters and answer questions.

  • Wednesday, June 3 – 3:30-4:30 p.m., 2520D University Capitol Centre (UCC)
  • Thursday, June 4 – 3:30-4:30 p.m., via Skype for Business (https://meet.uiowa.edu/chris-clark/NR96N962)
  • Friday, June 5 – 9-10 a.m., 217 College of Public Health Building (CPHB)

The project charters will be revised based on feedback from the listening posts. The comment period concludes June 10, and the Steering Committee is expected to approve the charters in mid-June.

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all UI-sponsored events. If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in any of the listening posts,  contact Nicole Riehl with ITS  in advance at 319-384-3423 or nicole-riehl@uiowa.edu.
