The Board of Geneva Campus Ministry at the University of Iowa is pleased to announce Rev. Dr. Thomas R. Wolthuis as its new director and campus minister.   Wolthuis has served previously as a pastor,  campus minister, college professor, and administrator.  His education includes a bachelor of arts degree from Calvin College, Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees from Calvin Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in religion from Duke University.  He is ordained in the Christian Reformed Church and taught at Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, from 2003-2012, including three years as chair of the Department of Theology. Wolthuis will begin his work with Geneva on June 1, 2015.  He will succeed Edward Laarman, who will retire at the end of July after serving 10 years at Geneva.
