International Perspectives on Graduate and Post-Graduate Education

What: The University of Iowa College of Education will host a symposium titled, “International Perspectives on Graduate and Post-Graduate Education.”

Who: The symposium will consist of a panel discussion and several individual presentations featuring scholars from Chile, Brazil, Germany, and the United States. The event is free and open to the public.

When and where: Tuesday, March 25, in Jones Commons, N300 Lindquist Center on the UI campus. The day-long schedule includes a morning panel discussion from 8:30 to 11 a.m. and individual research presentations in the afternoon from 12:30 to 4:15 p.m.

Why: The symposium will examine how educators in different social and cultural contexts are responding to the momentous changes facing graduate education.
