The University of Iowa women's basketball team ran away from The University of Miami in the second half of last night's opening round of the NCAA Tournament to post a 69-53 win.

With the win, Iowa advances to play No. 1 seed Notre Dame on Tuesday. The game will be in Carver-Hawkeye Arena and is scheduled for an 8:40 tipoff.

Iowa's Samantha Logic led all scorers with 23 points.
