UI alumnus endures hardships in efforts to offer Congolese cuisine

University of Iowa alumnus Peter Nkumu opened Elikia Restaurant in Coralville in 2008, serving traditional Congolese food. He's faced many hardships along the way, but he continues to keep his passion alive.
