University of Iowa students, staff, faculty, and visitors now have a centralized location for campus information, student organization event tickets, Iowa Memorial Union building assistance, and more.
The new one-stop-shop, The Hub, merges the former University Box Office and Campus Information Center. It is located in the Hubbard Commons on the main floor of the Iowa Memorial Union, in the space formerly occupied by the University Box Office.
It will be open whenever the Iowa Memorial Union is open.
The Hub’s services include:
- General campus information and referral services
- Guest services, including visitor information and maps, wireless guest ID passes, and IMU special event ambassador assistance
- Ticket sales and distribution for student organization events (including SCOPE concerts and Bijou Theater films)
- Ticketmaster outlet
- Student organization support services, including cash boxes and deposits, key checkout, and special event staffing
- The Off-Campus Housing Service, listings of current or soon-to-be available rental housing in the Iowa City community
- Other services such as photocopy and fax services, postage sales, laptop check-out
