Laura Iancu, graduate student film and video production, and her alternative film Manila Folder have made official selection for Canada's Tattoo Arts Film Festival. The Short Film by the Cinematic Arts student shows a colourful burst of Tattoo, Butterflies and amalgamated Poetry; offset by romantic colour filters, Macro photography and the hypnotic whirring of a Tattoo Machine.
