Orhon, Chancler to perform recital April 19

The University of Iowa School of Music will present a free recital by Volkan Orhon, UI associate professor of double bass, and pianist Rose Chancler at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 19, in Riverside Recital Hall on the UI campus. The program will include works by Nicholas Walker, David Anderson, Giovanni Bottesini, Gaspor Cassado, and César Franck. Story

The University of Iowa School of Music will present a free performance by the Iowa Brass Quintet, the resident faculty brass ensemble, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, in Riverside Recital Hall on the UI campus.
