Johnson County Landmark to perform selected works by Rapson

The University of Iowa School of Music will present a free concert by Johnson County Landmark—performing the music of John Rapson, director of jazz studies in the UI School of Music—at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18, in the Englert Theatre in downtown Iowa City. Dancers in Company, the University of Iowa Department of Dance's resident touring company, is traveling throughout Iowa and the Midwest this spring, performing live concerts and lecture demonstrations for audiences of all ages. Center for New Music Ensemble to perform April 21

The Center for New Music Ensemble, featuring guest composer Hans Tutschku of Harvard University, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 21, in Riverside Recital Hall on the UI campus.
