Indian Hills, UI expand partnership for engineering students

UI researchers help find way to protect historic limestone buildings

Buildings and statues constructed of limestone can be protected from many of the effects of environmental degradation by applying a thin, single layer of a water-resistant coating, according to University of Iowa researchers and their Cardiff (U.K.) University colleagues.
