IOWA (Improving Our Workplace Award) nominations are being taken until March 15 by the IOWA Review Committee. The IOWA is given to UI individual staff and teams who have seen a challenge and worked to improve it using creative and ingenious solutions. Story
A new study published by University of Iowa researchers discovered that many hospitals are unable to tell patients what the cost of a hip replacement will be, and for those who can, the costs can vary widely.

Kelly and Tammy Rundle of Fourth Wall Films, producers of the Emmy-nominated documentary "Country School: One Room-One Nation" and the award- winning "Lost Nation: The Ioway 1," will hold a world premiere of their new documentaries "Lost Nation: The Ioway 2 & 3" at the University of Iowa Museum of Natural History Saturday, Feb. 23.
