Get out on the water this fall season and learn to row in just three hours! You will learn the basics of rowing in a fun, relaxed environment. The rowing stroke will be demonstrated using rowing machines, and then you will jump right in and row on the river with experienced athletes! This class is a great way to learn and experience one of the great fall sports.
Ages 14 and up. No prior experience necessary. All fitness levels and athletic backgrounds can learn to row. See you on the water!
Register at the main desk at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. Wear fitted athletic apparel and bring a water bottle.
